The roller tracks allow the coffin to slide smoothly into the burial chamber without jamming.
They are placed first inside the burial niches, starting with the first row. The double series of idle rollers makes it easy to remove the roller conveyor once the coffin has been laid down or, for exhumation operations, to position it under the coffin.
The RLA aluminium roller conveyor is used for frontal burial, it has a double set of rollers and a folding structure that reduces the space required.
